Application Procedures
These steps are required to complete the admissions process:
• Obtain an Admissions Packet in one of these ways:
o Call The School Office at 215-462-2822 to request an admissions packet
o Download the admissions packet (link).
• Complete the Application Form by reading all the information provided and carefully following the directions contained on the form.
• Send the completed Application Form to the School Office. The applications process will not begin until your completed application form with the $50 application fee is received by the School Office.
• Schedule an Academic Screening Test: Screening tests will be scheduled once all application packet forms are received.
• Schedule an Interview: Parents are to attend with their child. At this time the academic testing and references will be discussed.
• Receive notification of acceptance. Expect to be notified about acceptance shortly after your interview. If accepted, you will receive an Enrollment Packet which includes paperwork such as Registration Form, Medical Form, Financial Agreement Form, etc.
• Submit forms from Enrollment Packet. We must receive the entire Enrollment Packet in order to guarantee a seat in the classroom. We strongly encourage you to begin this process early. The process of assigning seats to new students is done primarily on a first come, first served basis from the candidates who have completed the entire process. We begin accepting applications in February with the process beginning for new students in early March.

NILD – Discovery Program Fee $2,800.00
Tuition is paid monthly from July through May.
Tuition Discounts Available:
Two students in a family at CTCA 10% off family total
Three Students in a family at CTCA 20% off family total
Fourth and subsequent student in family at CTCA FREE!
Pastoral Discounts for Senior Pastors 40% off family total
Extended Day Fees are charged per child:
Early Arrival (7:30 am - 8:00 am) $225.00 annually or $5.00 per day
After School (3:15 pm – 5:30 pm) $1,080.00 annually or $15.00 per day
Student activity fees such as sports and field trips are charged upon participation. Please contact the school for a complete list of fees.
